About Us

I have worked in the Recruitment industry for 18 years and was fortunate enough to have started my career with a company who had an excellent training academy for new recruits. My training was a mixture of innovative solutions and modern recruitment practices whilst never losing focus of the basics.

 

Nowadays I see less and less attention being paid to the basics, we have lost our way within the recruitment industry in my opinion by paying less attention to the very simple fundamentals that I know clients and candidates have always valued.

 

Over the course of my career I have been heavily involved in the growth of 3 recruitment companies, generating sales in excess of £30 million. However what I am most proud of is that my experience has enabled me to educate and empower employees and colleagues to help them improve their skills and knowledge. I firmly believe that everything I have been fortunate enough to have achieved during my time in recruitment has been down to how good my training was at the very early stages of my career.

My passion and motivation now, is to pass on this knowledge and education to enable new recruiters to achieve there career goals.
