Can I book on to a course if I don't have a job in recruitment yet?

Yes you can! This course is designed to provide learners with the skills to succeed in the recruitment industry and as a job seeker this course will be seen as a huge advantage to any potential employer.

How long will the course take?

We have 3 courses and each will have a different timeframe for completion:

Fast Track - 8-10 Days

Compliance - 2 Days

Sales - 3 Days 

What will I get from the courses?

It's hard to answer this with a short response but in general everything that a recruitment consultant with 12 months experience would be expected to know, is what we teach. 

Can I fail the course?

There are assessments throughout the courses to ensure the training material provided is being absorbed and retained. There is also a pass or fail test at the end of the "FTR" but this is not something learners should be worried about. The test questions are all covered in detail throughout the course and there are no trick questions.

What happens if I fail the FTR course?

If you fail your initial attempt then we do offer a 30 minute study break to review the training material and take the test again. If you fail for a second time you will need to resit the course.

Once a learner completes the FTR course is there a higher level course I can do?

As things stand we are focusing on the 3 courses we have on our website. However our vision is to bulk out our suite of services and courses, with this would come an advanced recruitment course. 

There seems to be a lot of information to absorb, how will I retain all of this information?

This is something we have been extremely conscious of from the day we created the course. We have structured the course in a way that has multiple assessments after each key segment and plenty of practical exercises. We do this to ensure the information is being absorbed in smaller doses. There is a lot of information to take on board but not more than is reasonable to absorb in the time we have, especially with the manor in which we asses understanding.

What do I get to take away at the end of the course?

At the beginning of the course you will be presented with a training folder. This is yours to keep and to take away with you at the end of the course. This folder has plenty of space for note taking throughout the course and will also include all of the training material we use. This is particularly useful for recapping and looking back on in the future if you need a reminder about a certain subject or topic.

What if I forget something after the course?

You have your training folder to refer to which will have everything we go through during the course. However if you get stuck we do operate a post course service whereby people can call or email our support team and get advice. 

What benefits will this have for my business?

It is very much the opinion of Train2 that knowledgeable and motivated employees is the key to building a successful business. By investing in your employees this shows commitment to them and is rewarded with commitment and loyalty. In terms of quality, a knowledgeable consultant is more likely to win new business and a lot less likely to lose you business. 

Can I tailor this course to suit my business?

Yes you can. We understand that each business will have its nuances and certain specifics when it comes to operations. Whether this is a different way of organising the daily plan or a unique application process. Whatever your business needs are we can accommodate and deliver training on. 

Can you guarantee that anyone who completes this course will be successful in recruitment?

No! What we can guarantee is that every learner that comes to us will have the very best training possible and be provided with everything required to begin a very successful career in recruitment. Ultimately though, success is down to the individual learners.

Where is the training delivered?

It is our recommendation that training be done in person at our training center. However we understand this isn't always possible. We can make a course virtual with very little effect on quality or we can train on-site if required

Are you able to deliver the training on-site?

Yes we do offer this service. We would require a minimum of 4 learners for this. 

What is the Train2 client guarantee?

Train2 want to provide an optimal environment for our learners. This means we have to take a very strict approach to disruption in the sessions. If a learner is not taking the sessions seriously and is being disruptive, this may lead to the learner being removing them from the course. We will offer our clients a refund less the cost of £120 per day completed by that learner. This means our customers are not paying in full for someone who doesn't end up completing the course.

Does the client guarantee cover me if a learner leaves half way through the course?

We want customers to return to Train2. Therefore we do extend the client guarantee to clients if a learner doesn't show up or leaves at any point throughout the course.
